Inspectors

Terry L. Simon CRI - Terry is one of the only Certified Real Estate Inspectors (CRI) in the area. After receiving his Industrial Engineering degree from Michigan State University, he worked in product and business development for twenty years.

During that time he has been issued over a dozen patents on house related products. His projects ranged from small mechanical skylight systems to a completely automated 500,000 square foot factory. Terry's Complete Home Analysis Inspection System is the most advanced system available in the United States. He has built three houses and remodeled twelve. His understanding of the components that make a house, coupled with his passion for design and structures, have created a very competent home inspector.

Jeff Simon Bsc - After receiving an honorable discharge from the Air Force, Jeff studied science,chemistry and genetics at Muskegon Community College, Michigan State University, Yale University and Oregon Health Sciences Institute.

Among his other work in the field, Jeff was on the scientific team that discovered the attributes of the gene that causes skin cancer. He had worked in large apartment complex maintenance on the west coast, and has had substantial experience in remodeling. His dad has been remodeling houses part time since his youth, so Jeff's been around sawdust since before he could walk. He knew how a house was built before he could spell. His ability to look at structures at a cellular level have served him well as a home inspector.
