Wood Destroying Insect Inspection

The Guaranteed Wood Destroying Insect Inspection includes a completed, accurate "Wood Destroying Insect Infestation Inspection Report" (NPCA-1) to satisfy any real estate mortgage needs. Should live wood destroying insects be found within 1 year, Liberty Pest Control will treat at no additional cost to the homeowner.

Hearth & Home Inspection Services will arrange the inspection with Liberty Pest Control, and bill for payment. We do not receive a commission or any compensation for the referral and office time required for the arrangements. This is a courtesy service for our customers. We have no liability regarding this inspection, or responsibility in the one year guaranty. All business regarding this transaction after billing is between the home buyer and Liberty Pest Control.
